ACCESS TO SOFTWARE
In order to use the software and services, you need the equipment necessary to connect to the World Wide Web (WWW), and the connection necessary to access the WWW. You are responsible for installing, maintaining, and operating your computer and the associated WWW connections. OrganizAmerica is not responsible for any problems causes by your computer, including any virus or related problems associate with your use of the software or services on OrganizAmerica's web site.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

TERMINATION
OrganizAmerica may terminate this Agreement at anytime without prior notice. You agree that upon termination, OrgainzAmerica may, but is not required to, delete all information related to your account and may bar access to your account.
